Elaborate, decorative designs are more prized because their uniqueness is so evident.
Green was a dominant color in the 1920s and 1930s in decorating, so when a room is being designed to have the feel of that period - particular shades of green help to set the tone.

They do go on buying trips so call first if it is the last 4 days of the month or during the months of January or February.
